I have created and designed all my life. My paintings reflect my feelings, the beauty of obscure and very common things, and also the events in my life. The paintings that reflect the events in my life are not representative of the events themselves, but how I felt emotionally at the time. I use color and form to express my feelings.

I paint common everyday things most people would pass by, such as weeds, dried pods, native plants, a deserted old truck, an old house.

I have won numerous prices at the Ventura County Fair. My work has been seen in the Mt. Washington Hotel, Metyaline Falls, Washington, the Wilson Street Gallery, Eugene, Oregon and the Bakery Cafe in Bend, Oregon. I have participated in the “Artists in Residence” program at Gelson’s Market , and recently in Art in the Park, sponsored by Topanga Canyon Gallery.
